If that ever happens we’ll email you straight away and refund that item in full, so you’re never left waiting or out of pocket. Expected dates are our supplier’s best estimate and can move.

What if I have other items in my basket?

We hold the whole order and ship it together once everything is in. If anything you’ve ordered comes into stock earlier, we’ll email you with the option of a partial dispatch for £3.97 (UK orders) so you can have the ready items right away (entirely optional).
