Four geishas stand with their backs to us on a wooden walkway, kimonos catching the light in yellow, green, blue and red, each holding an umbrella against a fall of cherry blossom. Behind them, red lanterns hang from a traditional building and a pair of cranes cross the sky, with a smaller pair of figures visible through a doorway on the left.
It's the kind of image that sorts nicely once you get going, each kimono its own block of pattern and colour, though the pale pink blossom drifting across most of the background will take a bit more patience. The koi pond and potted plant in the bottom right corner add a quiet finishing detail.
This one carries the 2025 World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship mark on the box, so it's been chosen as one of the official competition designs for that year.
The bold kimono patterns are easy to sort but the dense pink blossom filling much of the background adds a tricky, repetitive element.
