Chameleons, geckos and iguanas are stacked on one another with no background left showing: a turquoise and pink veiled chameleon along the top, a Tokay gecko covered in orange spots with a red slit eye, a frilled lizard mid-hiss, a green iguana under an orange spiny crest, and a gold horned lizard in the corner.
Three hundred extra-large pieces of nothing but scales, every one of them beaded and dotted, which makes it a slower solve than the count suggests. Finished size 49 x 36cm.
Three hundred pieces with no sky or ground to anchor to — the whole picture is overlapping scaled skin in similar greens and blues.
