It's a quiet night and the witch has done the sensible thing: pulled on her starry hat, kicked off her shoes and claimed the window seat with a book on her knee. Behind her the stars are out over an arched window, and above it a stained glass panel of poppies and swirling leaves glows in pinks, purples and oranges.
Plants spill in from every corner and a shelf of books waits below. What is she dreaming up?
Bold flat colours and clear outlines make the witch, plants and window easy to place, but the large stained glass panel of repeating pink and purple patterns has fewer obvious clues.
