Everything the pharaohs took with them, laid out in one picture. The golden funerary mask fills the middle with its striped nemes headdress and blue inlay, painted sarcophagi stand either side, and behind them there are hieroglyphs cut into the wall, a scarab, canopic jars and a sun going down over the Nile.
Gold and lapis blue over most of the board with a narrow range of tones. Finished size 69 x 48cm.

The gold and blue stripes repeat across the mask and the coffins, though the sunset gives one clear bright area.
