If you love a puzzle with plenty going on, Airshow Over Eastbourne is a cracking pick. You’ve got the pier stretching out into that choppy, sea-green water, the beach packed along the front, and then the real show-stealers overhead – a full-on flypast of aircraft sweeping along the coast.

It’s the sort of image that keeps you happily hopping between sections: sky and cloud textures, the glinting sea, the neat lines of the seafront buildings and, of course, those bold red, white and blue markings that make the planes so satisfying to piece together. At 500 pieces, it’s a brilliant weekend build with enough detail to stay interesting right to the last piece.
