Sonic the Hedgehog 3D

Sonic runs straight at you across the front of the ball, red trainers kicking up, with Knuckles throwing a punch behind him and Tails flying overhead. Amy Rose waves from the right, and the whole sphere is wrapped in Green Hill Zone: striped grass, brown chequered earth, a blue lake and purple crystal peaks.

Seventy-two curved pieces and no glue, but the green grass band repeats enough that the numbers on the back are worth using. Finished size 12.9cm across.
