Requesting deletion of your data
Puzzles Galore is a trading name of Duncans Retail Limited. We respect your right to have your personal information deleted.
If you have shared personal information with us — for example by placing an order, subscribing to emails, or interacting with our Facebook Page or Instagram account (such as commenting on a post and receiving a message from us) — you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
Email contact@puzzlesgalore.co.uk with the subject line “Data deletion request” and tell us:
- Your name, and your Facebook or Instagram username if your request relates to a social media interaction.
- What information you would like us to delete.
We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, order, payment and tax records for the period set by UK law).
If your request relates to data held by Facebook or Instagram themselves, you can also manage or remove that information through your Meta account settings.
